Re the HOA/construction-defect scandal: It would have been interesting if Nancy Quon had lived. A few prominent judges might have gotten their noses bloodied. She was not the only one swimming in that pool.

Maybe Nancy was stand up enough to take her medicine rather than rat out a bunch of judges and lawyers. Old school.

Who was the leak in the US Attorney's Office? Maybe the leak tipped off all the judges and the lawyers before any raids happened, which is why more people didn't go down.

Whatever happened to Nancy's partner, Jason Bruce?

If you were to speculate (and ONLY speculate) what judges might have been involved?

Think about the CD triumvirate from 2000-2007

Nancy used to spread the re-election money around pretty generously.

If I were to guess, in light of all of the deaths, I would bet if there happened to be a CD judge with a spouse in the special forces … we'd be on the right track.

Or a Judge whose husband used to work for the Secret Service?

Wolfson and Glass should move to Hollywood if they want to be (unsuccessful) fame whores.

Wolfson and Glass are social climbers. I had that figured out pretty soon after I met them. Very vapid, and the reality show really brings dignity and integrity to the DA's office.

What, no mention of Leach, Gruchow's "involvement" with discriminating against homeowners in Spring Valley?

In a completely unrelated question. Who were the CD judges from around 2000 to 2007?

2 of them sit on the Supreme Court. One of them is/was married to the former head of the Secret Service in Nevada. http://www.latimes.com/nation/la-na-vegas04_k0u78mnc-photo.html

My understanding is that a certain Supreme was suspected to have been tipped off about the raids and that that Supreme may have passed on information. Or that they feared she would, I forget… oops I said too much. Additionally, the attorneys who were trying the case really thought long and hard about crossing certain witnesses regarding that individual but didn't pull the trigger at least partially out of fear for retribution. Well that and they knew their clients were f-ed.
