Tomorrow is Election Day! If you haven’t already voted, please make time to do so. That said, anyone have any last minute information that could sway votes one way or another?
Local pundit Jon Ralston makes his predictions for the outcome of statewide races tomorrow. [Ralston Reports]
Family Court Judge Cynthia Giuliani continued her tradition of dressing up to grant adoptions at Halloween. [RJ]
A 29 year old woman with brain cancer, who moved to Oregon to take advantage of their physician-assisted suicide statute, ended her life on Saturday. She publicized her plight to advocate for death with dignity. Nevada is not one of the five states where people have that right. [People]
I saw Robert Kurth scrounged up enough money for a tv ad. God help us if that man gets elected. Vote Teuton!

Actually, you have the right to kill yourself in all 50 states. That is, there are no legal penalties for killing yourself. Penalties only apply if you try, but fail, to kill yourself, and even then I don't think people are usually prosecuted for failed suicide attempts.
You don't have the right to the assistance of a physician.

Can any of my family law friends pound out a quick who to vote for in Family Court? I can go back and pull up the comments, but I am lazy and this is easier.
I don't have any strong feelings about family court except these races: Art Ritchie; Rebecca Burton; Bob Teuton; Rena Hughes; Paul Gaudet. Just my two cents worth…
@2:54 PM: Why would you vote for Pollock and Pomrenze, who are considered to be two of the worst Family Court judges on the bench? If you are not in Family Court often, I recommend you do a bit of research into Pollock and Pomrenze and you'll understand why just about anybody with a pulse is a better choice.
I wasn't talking down and I apologize if it sounded that way. Of course you have the right to vote for whoever you want, I'm just passionate about getting some of the worst judges in Clark County off the bench. In my opinion, Pollock and Pomrenze don't deserve another term and I'm not alone in that opinion.
@ 9:02 stand up for your opinion and accurate assessment of their judicial skills. I'll talk down to you @ 2:03.They are both horrible so you must either be related to one of them or a paid campaign employee. Or you suck up to them so they rule in your favor. BABOOM!!!

Your vote – your choice!

Just my 2 cents:
Dept B: Linda Marquis
Dept. C: John Howard, Jr.
Dept D: Robert Teuton
Dept. F: Denise Gentile
Dept H: Art Ritchie
Dept: I: Travis Shetler
Dept J: Rena Hughes (DO NOT VOTE FOR POLLOCK!)
Dept L: Jennifer Elliott
Dept M: William Potter
Dept N Mathew Harter
Dept P: Nathan Gibbs (DO NOT VOTE FOR POMRENZE!)
Dept. S: Vincent Ochoa
Dept. T: Maria Maskall
I agree with you, except for Howard, Hughes, Harter, and Gibbs. I would not vote for these individuals.
Literally anyone but Scalia for Dept. B

I will vote for Pollock and Pomrenze for any reason I want to. Don't talk down, just because I don't follow your views.

hahahahaha! Good one!
I'm just glad that Election Day is here so that we don't have to listen to more of the "NOchoa" garbage.
God, was that tedious, or what?
Yeah, and I can stop seeing G. Bongiovi's nostrils!
Any time a person makes a name into a cutesy negative nickname (e.g., "Obozo"), I disregard anything that person has to say.
Earlier today I heard someone on the radio say "President Obola." Brilliant…
