He'll wind up getting around 800-900-ish thanks to the cap.

I was once in a roll over accident in Las Vegas and I was taken to a local hospital, by ambulance. They rushed me into radiology to see if my neck was fractured. I had lacerations on my head, arms, and legs, and I was covered with blood. After having x-rays, I was rolled out into the corridor on a gurney and left there. After about an hour, I asked someone in scrubs if she should take a look at me because I was bleeding from my head. The individual checked with someone and then said, "Yes, you need to be seen. The nurse who admitted you went off duty and no one picked you up." In other words, I had been forgotten.
I was then taken into the ER and a doctor came in with a file. He said, "Well, your urine shows there is no internal bleeding." I said, "I just got here, I have not had a urine test." He said, "Are you sure? Aren't you Nancy Smith?" I said, "No that is not me."
I feel for the poor man who had a wire left in his body for years. Perhaps the person who was supposed to perform the task of removing the wire went "off duty" and no one "picked [him] up."
