For the inaugural post, I thought it would be fitting to turn the commenters loose to see where this thing goes.  Anyone know what Troy Fox is up to?  Whats going on with the BK Hottie?  Whats Chris Giunchigliani going to do with all her spare time?

Oh thank God! Thank you, whoever is doing this, and I won't even bitch about the trolls.

@11:01 – During the prime of the Wild Wild Law blog, people would often mention the "BK Hottie," who is supposedly a good looking blonde attorney that is often seen in bankruptcy court. I was there this morning and I can say that there could definitely be more than one "BK Hottie."

To the person running this blog, I'm excited to have a replacement for WWL and LVLL. I'm not sure how excited I am for the mint green color scheme though.

Is the Medica Mafia investigation dead? Are Vannah and Eglet ever going to be indicted?

@ June 9, 2011 4:12 PM:

Thanks for the suggestion, I wasn't really crazy about the mint green either. Does the blue meet your approval?

Reciprocity rules suck here! Seriously- are we (State Bar of Nevada) really so afraid that droves of other lawyers are going to come to our economic disaster/forclosure haven and try to steal the clients that don't pay their bills anyway? The least we could do is open reciprocity to neighbor states. Utah, Wyoming, Colorado- we can't go to any of these close-by states because we (the State bar of Nevada) don't allow their lawyers to motion in. It's so frustrating to people who want to move and yet stay close. I swear sometimes it feels like, if we as lawyers want to continue to practice our craft, we have to forgo the constitutionally protected right of freedom to move interstate. Ok, that's my rant in an effort to keep the blog going since nothing has been posted in 2 days. Discuss!
