Whenever I log into my CLE dashboard on nvcleboard.org, it says I need to initial below to complete my affirmation of attendance, but I don't see anywhere on the screen to initial. Anyone else having this same issue?

It was there for me until I submitted it, now if I log in, it is gone. Is it possible you already did it? If not, try a different browser.

You can always call the CLE board and have them walk you through the process over the phone. I have done this before and they have always been very helpful.

I was receiving benefits when DETR suddenly put a flag on my Homepage saying it wanted additional information. I provided that information in October and I have spoken to DETR employees twice. But they still have not reinstated my benefits. This is what claimants are going through and why they are screaming for help.

I enjoyed the RJ about Rob Bare's bailiff. It is a nice, positive news piece in the midst of the pandemic.

Agreed. And if you’ve ever met her, she is a class act. Great addition to the legal community!

What, exactly, does "tapping the Public Utilities Commission and the Boyd School of Law to help with appeals" mean, anyway? And is Buckley effectively working both sides of the fence on this? Won't LACSN be representing individuals who are trying to get the benefits to which they are entitled?

2013 just set the bar way too high. It's just not fair to compare anyone else to that class.
