Caesars properties are extending locals’ discounts, including on meals. What’s the best dinner you can get with this discount? (I know this sounds like an ad but I really am curious, wouldn’t mind a nice dinner in the next month or so.)
I enjoy the various Gordon Ramsay restaurants here in town. When I visit Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen (Caesars Palace), I usually get the Caesar salad, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. When I go to Gordon Ramsay Steak (Horseshoe Las Vegas), I usually get the Caesar salad, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. When dining at Ramsay’s Kitchen (Harrah’s Las Vegas), I usually get the Caesar salad, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. And when I treat myself to Gordon Ramsay’s Pub (Caesars Palace), I usually get the Caesar salad, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The man knows what I like.
Judge Kishner issued a ruling on a motion to dismiss in the Maynarich/Cotton case on Tuesday. The minutes just say that it was granted in part. Anyone know the details?
PCP. Angel dust. You ever seen what this stuff does to kids? You are looking at three to five MANDATORY.

Realizing that you haven’t heard about/seen someone in awhile, looking them up on the SBN website, and discovering that they died some time ago. That’s a neat thing that happens as you get older. Most recent experience with this: Tim Titolo, who apparently passed away about six months ago. He was definitely a handful on the other side of a case, but he brought in some good results for his clients, and I always got along with him ok.
I did not know he passed. Just found out one attorney moved out of state and jumped off a bridge. Shocked.

Anyone have any incite on asking the probate court to allow a preliminary distribution from an estate? Helping out an elderly family member. They are the only beneficiary. Would like to distribute the proceeds of a bank account to them so they can actually use it before they die lol. Anyone have an example of this type of petition they can share or can point me towards a case? thanks.
what’s preventing you from doing a “First and Final Petition” now? Still trying to marshall the assets? The only thing that I could think of that would require a petition for partial distribution would be if the decedent had a lot of real estate, which would require the better part of a year to sell it all.

Giada’s and Amalfi. The discounts are Sunday – Thursday.
Caramella @ planet hollywood
Peter Luger or Amalfi @ caesars
Amalfi is trash.
Oh please tell me this applies to Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants!
I can’t tell if this is a joke or serious.

Similarly, I enjoy listening to Nickelback.

Did anyone attend any hearings on this?
No one has ever told Judge Kishner about the natural tension between the spirit and the letter of the law.
Well put.
Can anyone recommend a good PCP?

Nobody ever looked better on a billboard with a sportjacket tossed casually over his shoulder than Tim Titolo. RIP
