What do you all think about Judge Bixler being a medical marijuana establishment applicant?
How do you know that he's an applicant? Is there a list somewhere of all the applicants?
I think it's a fine line to walk with marijuana still illegal under Federal law. But I'm sure there's more money to be made in medical marijuana than in being a judge, so maybe he's willing to take that risk.
