I thought I could sneak a silent fart in court today and shat my pants
Please provide additional details or it never happened:
Male or female.
Quantity of shat.
Audible or inaudible shat.
Anyone notice.
How did you walk out of court.
Was walkout accompanied by noise.
Did you go straight to the restroom.
Did you make your argument with shat in your drawers.
Did you say opposing counsel’s argument is like the shat in my drawers.
Did you say the courts rulings in this case have been like the shat in my drawers.
Did you attempt to sell your drawers on some illicit website and if so, how much did you make.
Was today one of your top three days in court.
Any advice for future shatters.
I’m not a transactional attorney, but wouldn’t the transactional attorneys involved in negotiating this joint operating agreement have been responsible for making sure that the law was complied with? (I.e., that the attorney general signed off on it?) Who screwed the pooch here? Please enlighten me, trans attorneys. Thx in advance.

Whoa, how much is the State Bar of Nevada going to have to pay in sanctions for violating a debtors discharge:
Sort of.
The disciplinary proceedings are confidential until the Complaint is filed. After that point, the Complaint is a public record that can be requested from the Bar. The Bar does not post these on any website, just the discipline that has been ordered (if any) at the end of the proceedings. So 8:04 is either an interested party that requested the specific complaint (unlikely, given the filing date) or an employee of the Bar. If the latter, go fuck yourself, 8:04.
Sounds like someone struck a chord. 2:09, is this Katie Goldberg? This is a gossip blog… sorry that the entire legal community has seen and read the public complaint. Don’t publish your referral fees to your staff in your handbook or have your staff poach another plaintiffs attorney.

Referral fees are allowed so long as reasonable, disclosed and only between lawyers.
Could be the Complainant (who is another firm) got a copy of the Complaint. This is the most likely scenario in my book.
