Family Judge Vincent NOchoa's son was arrested for Heroin use a few days ago in Las Vegas (Event Number 141012-3116) and NOchoa used a favor to get him released (OR) and to have LVMPD try to cover up the incident. NOchoa is not a honest guy. —– Vote for Jason Stoffel in Dept. S

Stoffel commits perjury so who would make a better judge a liar or one that asks for favors. Stoffel is the poster child for corruption in the courts the late Jennifer Bolton caught him lying to a justice court judge hope the Nevada Supreme Court acts on his blatant perjury in a case before them who knows what lies he does in family court

Jason Stoffel lacks the maturity, poise and even temperament to serve on the bench. He is an embarrassment to himself and legal professionals in Clark County. He is petty, spiteful and cannot leave his emotions out of hus decisions. The Review Journal called him a clown and his own conduct over the course of his negative campaigning affirms this. What an abject loser.

Yes, ask Steve Sanson to hold the lube. Maybe you 2 could go for manicures or pedicures afterwards, and like each other's nail Polish choices on Facebook!

I like Vince, so I'm voting for him. As for Jason, I met him once and it was good to finally put a face the name. I always thought of him as an ass clown when I saw him in court, but I never knew his name before he introduced himself to me at the CCBA meet the judges event. While he may have said good things, I can't shake all the times I saw him around the courthouse and thought he was a bottom feeder.

Every time someone posts one of these ridiculous rants about the "cowards" who post anonymously and challenges them to "say it to his face"…I truly laugh out loud.

Potter is an old-school Las Vegas Mormon. He came up in the days when Mormons ran the town. If he sees an opportunity to take even a small strike at what he perceives to be the decline of the world caused by homosexuality, he's going to at least take a shot.

The appeal should be dismissed, and Mann should be sanctioned. Seriously. The only basis for the appeal is that Potter ruled against him (declining to modify the previous order), so there much be discrimination?

Judge Potter was quick to respond to the RJ article. I'm not sure it was wise to go that far in depth and provide copies of text messages involving the case to the paper.

Avvo ratings are just as big a joke as any of the other publications out there. There are some very simple ways to get your rating up if you know the tricks.

Please, are we in pre-k? We are all adults, and there is freedom of speech, so get a life!
This profession has the biggest bunch of losers in it, who lack morality. Most of statements on this blog I find to be true.
