The File and Serve is just the same thing as what they have been doing in Justice Court and Small Claims for the past 2 years. It makes it look a bit easier, and more idiot proof for those with dummy paralegal/feralegals. I do like the feature that it provides electronic summons. That alone saves alot of time, money, and manpower.

Ditto on the automatic Summons aspect, great feature. Runner services may take a hit though.

My staff seem to be excited about the new file and serve–at least some aspects of it. The email notices that something was filed are a pain because the link is at the very bottom instead of near the top to view the cos.

Wow could the RJ be more obvious? The ballot initiative didn't happen because the angry little elf in the AG's office won't enforce it.

No one can enforce it. If you try to prosecute someone for failing to do a background check that it is impossible to do, the charges will get dismissed, and you will get referred to the state bar for prosecuting someone without probable cause.

And you are a bigot for calling Laxalt a "little elf." Call him a dick or something if you want, but he didn't choose to be short or elfish.

What about the new document portal? Is there a way we can view all the pages of document, without downloading it?
