Douchebag buys Downtown Las Vegas bar. Douchebag hits on hairdresser patron. Hairdresser tells DB to get lost. DB 86's Hairdresser from bar. Hairdresser bitches on facebook. DB gets butt-hurt, hires Dominic Gentile and former hot reporter cum lawyer Collen McCarty and sues Hairdresser to push her to retract her statement. http://lasvegassun.com/blogs/kats-report/2014/aug/04/snit-post-and-bizarre-lawsuit-beauty-bar/

If not it should be, although a quick perusal of the defendant's online footprint suggests that 1:07 could have labeled the parties DB 1 and DB 2 and probably have been as accurate.

I wonder if this is what Colleen McCarty planned when she decided to ditch reporting for the law. Ordinarily, she would be on the other side of this fight.

Graduate law school summa and make bank working for G&S? It's kind of what I planned when I decided to ditch whatever the hell I was doing for the law. But, uh, it didn't quite turn out that way.

G&S is not royalty. Partners don't make much more than senior associates.

Agree with 5:53. G&S is definitely not royalty and if she doesn't have a book of business she isn't making much more than an associate. If she doesn't start to build a book, well she'll be in for some real pain looking for another job that will pay her anything close to what G&S is paying her now.

Also, ….Payments for other cases can be made at the district attorney’s Victim-Witness Assistance Center, on the 3rd floor of the Regional Justice Center on 200 Lewis Ave. The department’s phone number is 702-671-2525.
Not all restitution payments go to The Bad Check Unit.
