That story on Las Vegas Muni is funny because of the three municipalities, Henderson, LV and NLV, they are the least greedy. It is clearly an article sourced to a couple of sour grapes, former Marshal Kilgore and a couple of traffic employees who are no longer there, who have an axe to grind with City government. Every municipality is funded by traffic and that whole nonsense about administrative fees is hilarious. I know that muni court isn't the majority of your bailiwick, but that story is absurd.
