The obituary for Attorney Stephen Weiss appeared in the RJ. He was 52. Has not been noted on the blog.

Love it when judges and clerk's office have a blind eye to paralegals practicing law. Get on the ball Board of Governors, put down the egg nog, and stop notarios and paralegals from practicing law. This is inane.

There was an obituary for Brian Fitzgerald in the RJ last week. As for why are people passing so young, this profession is hard on people. And the people in this profession are hard on themselves and each other.

I dealt with Brian some years ago. Sorry to see. He lost a son at around 19 or 20. This can be a hard town as well as a hard profession.
