Does Allf have some ulterior motive?

She is a push-over for a TRO. Never a bond or anything of significance. If she is assigned, use the old preempt. The CCSD lawyer should have known that……a 2013 Boyd grad. I guess that was all they could afford.

Nope. Not a Boyd grad and certainly not in the rarefied air of Boyd '13, you rogue.

CCSD lawyer Jackie Nichols got her law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She's with Marquis Aurbach Coffing, which does proudly employ many outstanding Boyd grads and also provides its clients with excellent zealous advocacy at very reasonable rates.

It wasn't Jackie who followed up. But it was a Boyd '13. Because setting the record straight is one of the many things we do well.

And yet both Gamages suspended for 5 years for stealing from clients. Both can petition for reinstatement after restitution paid. But where is the parity?

Wow! And if you read Andy's disbarment order, he took out loans with litigation funding companies using his clients names. He also created law firms with a non-layer listed as the only officer. That is one way to become a millionaire, I guess. He's a BYU grad so I wonder if he relearned his values at U of O Law School? Just kidding you Duck fans.

I don't see from his linkedin profile that he attended BYU. It wouldn't surprise me, but how do you know that? Yes, I'm a BYU grad.

It seems the difference is that the Gamages participated in the disciplinary proceedings and the others didn't. 5 year suspension in Nevada is the same as disbarment in other jurisdictions where there is no such thing as permanant disbarment.

I am not a BYU grad, and, in fact love to goad and troll BYU grads in the appropriate moments, such as when their once mediocre, and now downright pathetic, football team loses. Such moments are frequent enough that I think it in bad taste and unfair to point out every time a BYU grad does something like this. Yes, it's a religious school. Yes, these miscreants have acted in hypocrisy not only to the law, but their values. But I think the way some people go out of their way to point out BYU grads in these situations and not other schools is a little over the top.

It's enough to remind them how much their football team sucks. And how the 1984 National Championship was a sham.

In 1964 trans were identified as mentally ill in need of help not enabling; and homosexuality was barely transitioning (couldn't help myself) from an illness to a mere deviance. But, Ford knows trends and can ride them.
