DMV IT Vendor
I was on the Nevada ePro site this morning, and noticed an open bid for a DMV contract for "Website Content Management System" 81DMV-S788.
I don't have any insights or knowledge about the IT contractor mentioned in the RJ article.
Interesting thread by a Nevada attorney on twitter being sexually harassed this morning. https://twitter.com/SarahNevada1/status/1165981038687817728
I am trying to figure which small Las Vegas firm is affected by this.
I just read a few of her tweets. She seems classy.
More power to Sarah the Great, her boss crossed the line. But I would not hire her. She blabs everything to everyone and anyone, on twitter no less. What a twit (the noun, not the web service).
Well, this is truly inspiring commentary and I guess it makes the point that this is NOT the exception in the valley. So, we're worried about how "classy" her tweets are and whether she would be a good hire based on how much she "blabs" about overt sexual harassment?
Tell you what… I'd hire her IMMEDIATELY. She's confident, smart as hell, and knows how to handle a bully (a pack of bullies, no less).
Anyone figure out who this is yet???
I don't think this is real.
"Smart as hell" ??
Hardly! She does display a remarkable lack of common sense, professional decorum and may be wrecking her civil case with the twitter nonsense and setting herself up for a counter claim in defamation. Piggybacking on yesterday's comments, sounds like a Boyd grad.
Who is she? Not hard to figure out with this group. "Sarah" in a small 5 attorney law firm in southern Nevada.
Guys, this isn't a real person. It's social media performance art and you've all been had. This is like watching Orson Wells War of the Worlds play out in modern time on modern media.
Resnick and Louis
Twitter says she was born 2/14/79 and if you scroll back long enough she started at whatever office this is in early july.
That is not a small firm. Based on her photo, not sure Resnick would hire such a look.
It is a long con if it's fake. Certain pictures would support Las Vegas, but the person may have a different name and the facts surrounding the name of the firm may have been changed… as well as the practice area. I still think it's a fake.
This is almost as intriguing as the long, lost mystery of the BK Hottie, who may or may not have been a real person.
Looks like Alexis Plunkett, UofA grad, attendee of Eglet's annual pump and ho bowl.
Pump and pimp
Yeah this might be a bridge too far.
You got . You must not be a Super Mario Boyd Grad 2012.
Emojis are of a cat and fish.
451 gets post of the month. Like that, borrowing.
I just got cat fished by my shifty lawyer. He is not a Boyd lawyer. Old as shit
Speaking of cats, sick fuck Epstein left a cat skull on Vanity Fair's editor's porch for publishing story about his rape victims.
She's disabled her Twitter account for now (not marked it as private – it's actually not showing up now.)
Not that big a community, here's a clear picture of her, someone probably knows if it is real.

OFF TOPIC,
We are looking at revamping our law office management software. Solo practitioner and 3 staffers(all billing time). Looking at both Smokeball and Practice Panther, anybody use these or have good other suggestions. Quickbooks integration a must. Thanks.
Try MyCase
I'm a solo with no staff who bill time. I'm using Clio now and it basically works but I find it somewhat non-intuitive and certain workflows annoy me.
I'd like to look more at PP and Smokeball also (email is killing me). If anyone has experience, please chime in.
I am using Amicus Online. Since Amicus was purchased by AbacusNext the software is getting enhanced on a steady basis. But I am curious about what others are using (the grass is greener on the other side syndrome). I tried PP a couple of years ago, but didn't like it enough to stay with it. Your thoughts?
Clio might be worth looking at. They have a deal through the bar website
