Can someone post a link where we can follow who is filing for Assembly and Senate? I tried the SOS website but wasn't able to locate anything.

I'm not saying Brian hasn't been punished sufficiently with the loss of his license, a felony conviction, etc, but I think he got luck with the right judge on the right day to stay out of prison.

Difference between State and Federal. His (ex-)wife walked. Not sure he got so lucky.

I think a lot more lawyers should be in prison than Bloomfield.

So same judge sentenced co-conspirator to serve 2-5 years in prison, while Bloomfield got 90 days? Why such a difference in sentencing? Are not lawyers supposed to be held to higher standard?

What is gross is that the RJ cares to print this article, but not the amount of money the taxpayers spend every year on lawyers for criminals. I'm sure the public wouldn't be too pleased to hear some of the appointed attorneys are earning hundreds of thousands of dollars every year for bogus expenses. Typical RJ BS.

Sooo….apparently Bloomfield was let out of jail yesterday on house arrest. So much for the 90 days. Can anyone else confirm this?
