Already in the works, supposedly only $15 million available. Little short of $400 million and counting.

I vote for David Clayson who has trial experience, is otherwise retired and will not run for the job.

Will the Telles trial actually go forward in March? Or no?

He’s like, super guilty, so for all his bluster his best bet is to delay as long as possible. He’s going to be in custody for life, he shouldn’t be in a hurry to move to prison. His only chance to do anything to help himself is before trial.

Prison will be a far sight better than CCDC. The ONLY reason to stay in CCDC is a prayer that he can prove his case, which prayer he lacks IMO.

I’m not sure HDSP is better than CCDC. If I were him I’d be gunning for Ely ASAP.

Yep, CCDC offers something that prison doesn’t, a glimmer of hope.

Telles could be a star jail house lawyer in state prison for all the innocent perps who want their convictions overturned. Telles has legal training and is good at talking up a storm. Plus he will have the sympathy vote that he was hosed and wrongfully convicted. Inmates will be bringing candy and making appointments for him to review their convictions.

Imagine how many stamps and soups that this guy is going to get paid inside for his “expertise”. He will finally be a wealthy man, because the wife is definitely leaving him high and dry.

Vanity verdict that will never get paid, but checks from the other settlements will cash. Sad for the victims.

This ccsd meeting is a train wreck. Turns out 3 board members approached Jara asking him. To resign after meeting with Steve Yeager. So this was a negotiated deal without approval and in violation of who knows how many ethical and open meeting law requirements. Lots of confessions on the record. Jara is going to be terminated and going to get an even bigger payout now.
