Here’s the latest RJ update on the Judge Steven Jones hearing. Jim Jimmerson began presenting Judge Jones’ case and calling witnesses including Judge Jennifer Togliatti and Judge Gloria O’Malley who talked about they dealt with the repercussions of the incident. Jimmerson also put Lisa Willardson on the stand, who denied appearing before Jones in court while they were romantically involved. Things will get more interesting today when she faces cross-examination. [RJ]
Family Court marshal, Angel Barboza, is running for Clark County Sheriff and had a fundraising event last night. The I-Team obtained an invitation that appears to have been faxed from the family court’s fax machine. [8NewsNow]

That Facebook post will shoot them both in the proverbial "foot", in more ways than one. They have been swearing up and down for two years, affidavits, etc., that their relationship did not start until November. Unless one is a complete moron, they do not say they are in a relationship on the day they "made a date for their first date". Most people would be around each other for a while before they say they are in a relationship…..
In her defense, you can put those "life events" on facebook after the fact and maybe she put that October 17 date as when it all started even though the relationship didn't get serious for another few weeks.
A few more "pounds"? Come on. If the RJ photo is what Willardson looked like at the hearing yesterday, then the campaign photo must have been taken while Reagan was still in office. It's two different people.

For the sake of balance, I ask, "What if this really is just a witch hunt?" What if family court isn't really as messed up as it appears?
So is her opposition in the election. Who, by the way is eminently more experienced at handling real Family Court cases (divorce, custody, child support, etc.)- 13 years, over 1000 cases. LW's experience is limited to Termination of Parental Rights for the DA's Office for 5 years-got fired, opened her own firm, and per oddessy, not one new family case. Hmmmmm
Totally of subject, but does anyone know whether or not justice Court still does the attorney sessions for traffic tickets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in that small conference room? Someone told me you have to call for an appointment now, and I am hoping that is not true.

Yeah you have to schedule your tickets at least a day in advance and specify morning or afternoon session. No more walk-ins.

There must be more than one of her because she repeatedly refers to herself as "we" on her FB campaign page.
@JGermanRJ tweeted that Jones prepared Willardson's response to the bar complaint and had his judicial assistant type it up–saw no problem with that.
