You mean to tell me that judges sitting FAMILY Court weren't already getting training on domestic violence issues? Good God. I can't believe something that basic isn't a regular part of their training.
And is something as critical as domestic violence education is being ignored, I think we can assume that everything else is too. No wonder that place is such a mess.
