I detest PC, the woke, SJWs, etc. I was just reading a law article on poaching and it referred to "fisherpeoples." Forget the "s" on the "peoples" but really, I can't be a fisherman ever again?
Yes, if you fish and are a man, then congratulations you can be a fisherman. But why are you so triggered when a word that refers to both men and women as a group doesn't use a masculine name? I once saw a dude absolutely flip his shit that a board changed the title of its leader from Chairman to Chair when 3 of the 7 members were women. Talk about not reading the room. But more back to OP's rant, why must groups or titles that contain women be referred to as men? And why so butthurt?
How dare you just assume that the chairperson would use those pronouns.

I just want a late Festivus bitch. To the department(s) who get pissy when Orders are not submitted in 2 weeks, they should put as much energy into the problem that their particular department does not get minutes done for 2 months because my ability to do the Order would be vastly helped if I had your minutes.
FYI, the department doesn't control the minutes. Separate arm of the court. Strange but true. and the 14 days is by rule. Perhaps you should take better notes?
@4:39– While I appreciate your perspective, we all understand that court clerks work for the clerk's office but we also all understand that judges have dedicated court clerks who take their minutes and law clerks who evaluate orders based upon conformity with the court's minutes. So minutes are not merely holding up the preparation of the order on the front end but approval of the order on the back end. And if you do not believe that the judge can have sway in the issuance of minutes by the court's clerk, well perhaps you are not paying attention.

No one cares.
Are you a man? Do you fish? Congrats, you're a fisherman.

On our board, if there was a female chair, we would address her as "Madame Chair"

Are you able to get audio recordings of federal court proceedings? sort of related, how do you get them?
2:57, yes, but generally only for proceedings before a magistrate judge. See the FAQ at https://www.nvd.uscourts.gov/attorneys/attorney-faq/.
