Believe he may be barred in AZ too, which Lento has offices in. Also, he’s listed as an “associate attorney / law clerk” so I have a hard time believing he’s doing anything other than legal research

no the state court case was dropped to make way for the feds. That trial isn’t until next February.
I just want to applaud those judges who end up causing reversible error so badly on both sides that the parties have to settle because they both know that the other side that the case is a round-trip ticket to Carson City waiting to happen.

Interesting how nowhere on Caesar’s website that I could find states which restaurants offer the 25% off for locals. Translation: 25% off restaurants that you probably don’t want to go to.
Further correction: 25% off select dishes, at select restaurants between 3:00-5:00 AM.

Rasmussen’s spot on with his comments on the AG case against Kik. Problem is the users regardless – additionally, to a certain extent, it helps to have some of these well known CSAM platforms out there because it corrals them for law enforcement. Not to support on going child sex abuse, but moreso to say if you ban every platform that’s used by pedophiles, you’re going to be playing whack-a-mole until the only website left is wordle.
