This case was filed on June 26, 2015. There have been multiple trial dates. The stated charge is exploitation of an "older person." Is there something like a 5 year rule for criminal cases? How long can a criminal case be delayed? I wonder if the older person is alive?
He used to be my Bishop (LDS) and I cannot make my mind believe this in any way. I'm old enough to realize that these things can happen to the seemingly best of us, but wow, very difficult to hear about.

I guess my comment was more focused on those people. Should I now be suspicious of everyone when my own Bishop is accused of these horrible things? Just thinking out loud, appreciate your thoughts
I read the minutes for this case and I'm in awe of the ability to delay the case. Does Steve Wolfson even knows about the case. It is more than 3 years old. Are there any other victims? Errico seems to be very litigious. There are many cases on the docket with his name on one side of the v.

I'm sure Laxalt will hold a big press conference to announce that he will DEFINITELY NOT USE ALLEGATIONS OF SISOLAK'S IMPROPRIETIES in any campaign ads.
Having some unidentified lawyer criticize your professional competence is hardly comparable to being accused of creepy behavior towards a 15 year old girl.
Vermillion's attorney paid by Sisolak is Gentile. Laxalt better be very careful with how he handles this stuff because it could really blow up in his face.

Being accused of exploitation of an older person can happen "to the best of us"???
I'm sorry but theft type crimes and exploitation of people unable to properly defend themselves aren't normally perpetrated by "the best of us".
