Is the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline hearing public? It should be some great theater. Jimmerson cross-examining David Roger would be worth watching.

Jones has absolutely no shame.

Burning Man is exempt from the festival fee, BM pays $$$ to Pershing County, depending on the total amount of the population allowed under its BLM permit, BM pays for the prosecution of any Cat. A felonies, the County gives up its right to enforce state law if it is also regulated by the BLM permit (alcohol use and presence of children are specifically mentioned), BM releases its claims against Pershing County but not Judge Wagner, and the U.S. District Ct. retains jurisdiction over the settlement for 10 years.

It's available as an exhibit to the Stip. of Dismissal, docket entry #96.
