12:00 I'm as conservative as they come, I think Pat Buchanan is a commie, but that is f***ing funny! hahahahaha – she was really acting trashy (on a serious note she barely won last time and will probably lose enough votes from indep from that episode to lose next election)
Lauren Boebert is a Patriot and an American hero. She'll win her election and if the corrupt Colorado elections officials say different, it will only be because they will be stealing the election from her. She is a great American. Who among us can claim never to have engaged in a little harmless public display of affection? Hypocrites, all of you. Make America Great Again.
She could kiss the purple helmeted soldier of love while wrestling the twin dragons as long as she’d leave right after.

People who abuse animals, especially their own pets, deserve a special place in hell. preferably sitting next to THWACK guy hearing say THWACK every 5 seconds.
11:30–Call me dense(many have) but is that just a satiric take on what he said, or is that an actual quote? If that is an actual quote, that sure lends a great deal of built-in credence to all those on this blog who are complaining about the current state, and current attitude, concerning State Bar discipline.
Problem here is that even if he were to say it was intended as a light hearted remark and that we shouldn't read too much into it, I view it differently. To utter that in a public forum, even as some form of intended comic relief, really demonstrates the true philosophy and intent of current Discipline Department leadership –apply punishment in as many cases as you can, with no regard with helping attorneys learn better methods to avoid discipline.
4:12 it was intended as light-hearted. But since you ask it underrepresents the current attitude. The “Wyatt” reference was to a LinkedIn account he had where the tagline was not about helping or anything but to the effect of prosecuting bad guys (paraphrasing).
4:16 is right on point. And I don't think 4:12 is over-analyzing, or playing Psych. 101 Professor, to extrapolate from that remark(although intended as light-hearted or humorous) that it reflects the current discipline philosophy-an increasingly punitive approach as opposed to constructive re-directing and problem solving.
The article points to the changes in ethics and culture. I found the Defendant's conduct abominable in its cruelty and mechanisms. With that said, Defendant is right that in rural areas of this county that animals are often dispatched with a bullet to the head. Racehorses were euthanized this way not that long ago. That it is common does not necessarily make it right, even in rural Nevada.
Dispatching an animal with a bullet is a whole lot different than bashing it in the head with a hammer and hacking its throat out. There's something broken in the mind of a person who treats a faithful old pet that way.

Anyone know whats going on with Brandon Phillips. I understood that the Supreme Court ordered that he was to not run his own practice; he is still running his own practice. Anyone know the scoop?

12:00 I'm as conservative as they come; AND I find Boebert attractive.
Boebert's attractive in a Little Darlings' smoky sweaty smelling way. At least a little better than the libs sex kitten – Nancy Pelosi meooowwww
@1:38. What flavor is that Koolaid?
Trying to keep up here. So, is Boebert what is considered "lawyer hot"?
Can't a girl let her hair down without being attacked? #ISTANDWITHBOOBERT
Doesn't Boobert have to be a lawyer to be considered "lawyer hot?" #GED #HighSchoolIsHard #WordsAreHard #11thGradeGraduate #CultOfIgnorance
Confirming, Boebert IS lawyer hot!
Barely secretary doable, maybe after a few dozen shots and a coupla lines. Already a grandma you know.

Or hearing Hooge say, "I'm Wyatt Earp and here to clean us this town!"
Or be stuck sitting next to a vegan animal rights advocate with tourrets on an 8 hour flight.

Wow, he has quite the rap sheet! State Bar Website
And his one year suspension is stayed for 2 years while he is given a chance to meet certain conditions.
