So sex while merely "in" the vehicle are outside coverage. Are there any cases dealing with STDs incurred by sex *during* the operation of the vehicle?
I want to know how the HPV throat cancer dude who spread his HPV cooties everywhere and who drives a Hyundai Genesis plans to pay a $5 million + judgment.
That article surprised me because they are already quite aggressive. I have had to fend them off a time or two and they are rough. You get one notice mailed to you, and if you don't heed it, or don't get it as is sometimes the case, the next thing you know they are foreclosing. I had once client who clearly did not owe what they alleged, had evidence that he had paid the bills. Receipts, bank statements, etc. They still tried to file for summary judgement on him. It was a two page opposition and countermotion for summary judgment and the court denied their motion and granted ours without argument lol.
It is OK to call out the law firm that is doing this. Republic is the client. But there is one particular law firm that is behind all of this.

In light of the economic news, I do hope the legislature takes a look at significantly increasing the protections afforded to debtors in NRS 21.090 (Property exempt from execution). A lot of innocent families are going to need the protection. Unlike big banks and connected hedge funds, no one is going to bail them out. This is where the legislature can prove it does care about Nevadans.
Congress could also help by making student loans eligible for discharge, and getting rid of the heinous income calculations that force so many families into modern day slavery aka Chapter 13 plans.
And yet for those creditors who are small businesses and individuals, expanding NRS 21.090 would basically open the floodgates. When I tell clients today that debtors can protect over $1.5M and be untouchable under NRS 21.090, the idea that we would expand those protections is largely viewed as ludicrous.

You worried about something?
There is a movie where a woman sleeps *with* a car. (It is called Titane and it won the Palm d’Or.)
It also won Motor Trend's car of the year.
I want to know how the HPV throat cancer dude who spread his HPV cooties everywhere and who drives a Hyundai Genesis plans to pay a $5 million + judgment.
Titane, never heard of it.
I looked it up on Wiki. a seriously twisted sick plot.
3.8, 5.3, 8.3
happy day
Someone needs to reign in Republic Services. Loosing your home for an old trash bill is insane. Reminds me of the hoa foreclosures.
No business should go under because your generation can't handle paying your bills 9:02. Also, spelling matters. Have fun loosing your home.
