Tobiasson isn't bad. It's a shame this one is going to land on her. It's a 1 in a million case and she drew it.

While the quote sounds bad at first blush, she is right. There is going to be a certain percentage of domestic abusers who get violent in spite of the fact that they were served with a piece of paper. First one that has killed the other party in a case Tobiasson is presiding over. Even one is too many; however that does not mean that she can stop them.

Off topic, but has anyone seen the latest from Michelle Fiore? She is 'lit-rally' a train wreck. Who 'lit-rally' voted for this moron?

Moron, really? Her name is spelled Michele not Michelle. Get it right before you go around calling anyone a train wreck or moron. Just saying.

That's like 1 typo to a thousand transgressions, but yeah, way to make yourself and "Michele" look super awesome!

3:12 here – @3:59 you win Suck-Of-The-Day and @4:33 you win Best-Supporting-Suck. "Michelle" is a train wreak and 'lit-rally' no amount of typos on my part will negate said fact. Now get back to your billables!! #JustSaying

Fiore is a national embarrassment for Nevada and has crossed over to the tin foil hat people. Does she even have a GED? How much does she owe the IRS? And I doubt she can blame an ex-husband and bookkeeper for most of it. She is also a trailer park grandmother at a relatively young age. Go back to New York.

I've been seeing quite a few job postings for litigation jobs at various insurance companies. What are those jobs like? What are the hours and pay? Is it any different or better than doing insurance defense in private practice?

Hours are better. Pay is comparable. But its a corporate gig; you are going to hit the drop ceiling and then be on your way out the door.

What's with divorce attorneys allowing secretaries to practice law. "Hello, no she's not in but I know the case and you need to settle"… Oh okay.
Or even better the partner's secretary / paralegal runs the practice.
Like an episode of you just got punked without Kutcher.
