Commissioner Beecroft will be sorely missed. I just don't know how they can replace him. Who could fill his shoes without causing an uproar? He truly earned the respect of the Bar, and I personally felt that he was a man of integrity and very fair and consistent. I liked him a lot and I feel very sad for his family and friends.

The National Alliance is a whites-only organization. "No homosexual or bisexual person, no person actively addicted to alcohol or to an illegal drug, no person with a non-White spouse or a non-White dependent, and, except in extraordinary circumstances, no person currently confined in a penal institution may be a member," But if you're a semi-literate, misogynistic, neo-tribal yahoo who believes the earth is flat, come on down!

That is absurdly unfair, Mr. Ross. There is no evidence that Mr. Arlauskas, or the National Alliance, is any of those things. It is a black mark on your character for you to issue such an uncalled-for vitriolic attack merely because you disagree with a group of people, and calls into question your own ability to be objective in whatever legal services you provide.

Mr. Ross, do you have a problem with Whites who want to form an organization to serve our own interests–such as having a Whites-only living space on this planet? An honest reply without ad hominem attacks would be welcome.

We used to have such an organization for Whites only: It was called the United States of America.

The Founding Fathers designated this nation, in the Naturalization Act of 1790, to be a republic for those of European descent alone — no one else could become a citizen. This was the Founders' clear and unmistakable intent.

The next time, we're going to have to make it one Hell of a lot more explicit and obvious. And a powerful movement in this country is rising that intends to do just that.

The National Alliance that Mr. Arlauskas is telling us about looks like an excellent place to start.

One of the awful consequences of Trump's ascension is an erosion of the stigma of being goose-stepping, sheet wearing racist. These people now have one of their own, Steve Bannon, right there in the White House.

I have absolutely no problem with you wanting to have a Whites-only living space on this planet. Find a place that is (1) not already inhabited by non-Whites and (2) is not a place that outlaws such activities, such as the United States. Of course none of these criteria have never been and never will be fulfilled in the United States.

I find it completely hilarious that most of these "whites only" deplorables look anything but under their sheet-masks. Take off their masks and they have varying degrees of tan/orange/yellow/pink skin that is the clear mark of the mix of non-white genes. And their names… Lol… "Fragano Ledgister" … what the heck is that–a mix of "Muppet" and some kind of middle-eastern? Hahahaha… Love to see all these "whites only" try so hard to tan their fish-belly skins also on the beaches in summer. If you're so proud of your "white" heritage, quit trying so hard to change your "whiteness."

One of the complainants who opposed Mr. Arlauskas' freedom of speech and association, Jesse Calm, appears to be the same fellow who publicly responded to Mindy Williams' solicitation seeking sperm donors and which specified “White for family continuity and Jewish is a plus.” https://archive.is/OC77D#selection-433.44-435.41

"For family continuity?" Sounds "racist" to me. Jesse Calm definitely is not Alliance material. Not only does he look like a Jew, he acts like one, too.

What does Jesse's response to Mindy Williams' (no relation) ad for a White sperm donor "for family continuity" have to do with anything, you want to ask? It shows anti-White loyalist Jesse Calm is a first class hypocrite. That's what. Here's a good story for you PC Oregoons to boast about: http://nationalvanguard.org/2016/12/the-anti-white-left-eats-its-own-oregon-professor-guilty/

The Bar obtained a copy of Graham's policy late this morning and have been advised that the account lapses on 1/1/17. All claims should be filed by 12/31/16. The broker information is as follows:

Sounds like it's a claims-made policy. The real killer is going to be the retro-active date on that policy. i.e. Graham stole your money 3 years ago? No coverage!

Why??? All policies have a term period and/or a claims-made period. And candidly, the State Bar does not require any policy.

From: Rob Graham
Date: December 24, 2016
To: Probate Bar

Subject: LawyersWest Insolvency and Client File Information

The work of all is deeply appreciated in taking these files and client matters on. Between competing interests of the Bar, the DA, the Bankruptcy Trustee, etc. there are dozens of mixed messages about what help has been available. The conflicts of priorities of the competing interests are many, but most importantly, there needs to be a means to help client matters move forward.

I wanted to make it clear that I can and will answer questions relating to open and active matters or the transfer of files to new counsel. If I am limited in saying something, I will just tell you, but most of these cases need insight that even the clients cannot provide as to interrupted strategy, procedure status, upcoming hearings, etc. Earlier I was asked to stand aside and respect the process, but I am learning that questions are not being answered that are material.

As such, please do not feel embarrassed about simply asking the questions relative to the matter. As you have been given a file from LawyersWest via the Bar or the Cassady's and may have questions, let's get the questions answered. This will also allow former staff members and our prior attorneys to recapture their lives if I can answer questions directly or provide a copy of electronic files of the clients, etc.

I look forward to helping where I can and invite such inquiry.

Best,

Rob Graham

Private-party firearm transfer background checks are impossible, so Nevadans don't have to do them after all. Congratulations, drafters of Question 1. You screwed yourself by requiring the FBI do the check, instead of going through the Nevada Central Repository.

This is why I almost universally vote no on ballot questions. It's a stupid way to legislate. What are we paying for the big building in Carson for? Mind you, a lotta stupid comes outta there, too, but still.

You talking about the Legislature or the Supreme Court? Lots of stupid comes out of each one of those buildings. For example, Stone Hollow (Case 64955)….
–> On 3/18/2016, Hardesty Saitta and Pickering reverse and remand.
–> On 8/11/16, Hardesty Saitta and Pickering change their mind and affirm the lower court.
–> On 12/21/16, the Court on a 5-1 Decision changes its mind again and again reverses and remands. Hardesty managed to take three positions and change his mind twice in the span of 9 months.
So don't talk to me about the stability and reasonableness of "precedent" (or even "law of the case") in this state.

Why is paying contributions to "retire debt" not chargeable as public corruption under federal law if the payer later appears before the judge? I get that a contribution before the election is ostensibly in the hopes of a good judge getting elected generally, but after the election is a fait accompli, a contribution to pay past debt as opposed to a contribution designated for a future election campaign is a gift at best and a bribe at worst.
