They did document it. The problem is that the DA's office deliberately ignores the document retention policy of Clark County and burns the documentation after three years. As far as Wolfson claiming that meeting with prosecutors counts as “court business," I'm going to have to call bullshit on that. DAs are not extensions of the court, much as they might like to pretend they are. The court does not exist to convict people, but to render judgments.

Yes. good point. when I reread my.post I realized it came off wrong (and I tried to edit it, but couldn't figure out how to do that). I was referring to the fact that it names names and is more vivid than most cns descriptions. I was sympathising with the guy, but it came across as talking shit.
