  • The Nevada Supreme Court ruled in Toll v. Wilson that the Shield Law applies to digital media. They did not make a ruling on whether it actually applies to bloggers though. [TNI]
  • Last week the Supreme Court issued the order on ADKT 0545 adopting the new rules for the Eighth Judicial District Court. Make sure you study up because the new EDCR go into effect January 1, 2020. [NVcourts]

With the re-route of Scheduling Order to the District Court Judges a whole new generation of lawyer will never experience the Discovery Commissioner Bulla rites of passage. (notwithstanding her ascent to COA of course)
