Can we talk about how annoying Wiznet is when you need to hit refresh and wait an hour for the documents to be uploaded?
Super annoying. What is happening there? It's not like the documents are not already digital. Is there some elf that has to convert them and upload them so that we can download them again (because of course their java program to view them never works either).
They are actually uploaded manually upon your request.
1:09 literally cannot be true. Try requesting at 1 a.m. on a Sunday for a big docket… No way you're convincing me that the County is uploading 1000s of pages in an hour, when no one is working.
It is true. Watch your mouth 131 or we will meet at bike rack.
If it is true, what a waste of resources to have someone available to sit around and wait for a request to upload documents. Why not just have them available all the time. Also if true, they must manually take them down because I have requested an upload, received the documents and a few weeks later went back and they were gone. #nottrue
I suspect Wiznet uses a prioritization system to use as few memory resources as possible. What's needed is kept on one server, accessible immediately. What is old or not needed is kept on an archival server. The "update" is just a request to move the documents from one server to another, which may require the system to determine whose documents get kicked off the island. Conclusion: Tyler Tech used Wiznet as a freaking cash cow for year, avoiding at all costs the need for updates or improvements, while the money rolled in.
Can we also talk about how annoying it is when you have multiple hearings in a day, yet the judges don't open their courtrooms early to check in. Then you end up being late for both hearings?
That has to do with the marshal not unlocking the doors early enough. Maybe trying to control their courtroom or maybe waiting for the in custody defendants or maybe at the direction of the court clerk, or maybe they get to work late. Don't think has anything to do with the judges.
