Legionnaires disease at the Aria Hotel?

  • Law

As you may have heard, and according to Aria’s website, from June 21 to July 4, water tests detected elevated levels of Legionella bacteria in several of their guest rooms and at least a few guests “were diagnosed with, treated for, and recovered from Legionnaires’ disease,” since then.

So what, if anything is the legal fallout from this fiasco?  Do I smell a class action brewing?

Their crisis management team appears to be all over this situation. I'm going to predict there will not be much fallout, given the way they have been handling it.

Okay, I tried and gave up. How do you do an Attorney Search on the new SBN website? Sheesh!

No post on the first day of the bar exam? I'm guessing Law Dawg is busy taking an important test.
