Las Vegas/Nevada got a shout out this morning from Dr. Howard Spivak before the Senate Judiciary Committee on its progress towards addressing the rape kit backlog. Always nice to get some national recognition. The testimony is currently being live-cast on cnn.com

Im sitting in court at rjc, civil motions, it occurs to me we in the gallery should be able to heckle the new attorneys, this would sharpen their skills like at the comedy clubs

Or maybe let the judge play them off with music, like at awards shows, if they make the same argument more than once. Seems more gentle.
