I do not care for Hardesty either but he at least has the legal and intellectual bona fides to be on the NSC. Saitta is a hypocrite and not a good justice.
I think he's more of a politician than a jurist. He gets what he wants and is great at getting people to do is bidding, but it would be great if he could focus that energy on writing great opinions instead of building a temple for himself. The quality of work from the supremes is pretty much crap and he's no exception.
"She is acting like she is in federal court…" What does that even mean? Is she actually enforcing rules of procedure, or dismissing claims that are facially frivolous and/or improperly pled, or oh my, granting a meritorious summary judgment motion every once in a while. Yeah, get her off the state court bench pronto. She is ruining it for us all.
Fiore is a loud, obnoxious, uneducated New Yorker with huge IRS problems blamed on bookkeeper and ex-husband. Her platform appears to be gun advocate and Clive Bundy supporter. She apparently is a grandmother at 45. Did she even graduate from high school? Can't tell from her bio. Outrageous statements seem to keep her in the news. Two words come to mind. Trailer trash, or celebrity stripper. Sounds like the next governor of Nevada to me. I weep and fear for our future.
I am extremely disappointed in the following Judges and Attorneys in the list below. Some of these folks I thought were friends. Some of these folks I have testified for. Some of these folks the Veterans In Politics has endorsed. Some of these folks we have exposed. Regardless of what side of the wall I thought my relationship was with the following names below.
One thing that I believe in my heart is that a JUDGE or a JUDICIAL CANDIDATE should be beyond reproached, should be ethical, should be loyal, should have a higher calling than oneself and should never ever allow themselves to be coerced, manipulated or used as a pawn for someone else’s bias.
These folks received the email that laid out their campaign managers plan David V. Thomas from Policy Communications to oust, blackball and destroy the Veterans In Politics and they made a choice to be silent!
Why? To protect themselves… I would suggest to all of them: “if you turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to corruption you are just as guilty as the perpetrators committing the injustice”
I would never ever be silent known that someone or something would try to destroy YOU!
According to sources, Thomas’ clients include two out of three Appellate Court judges, one District Court judge, four Justice Court judges including its presiding judge in Las Vegas, and four judicial candidate’s one of whom is also the North Las Vegas City Attorney.
