Historical Cell Data

  • The Supreme Court ruled that police don’t need a warrant to obtain certain cell phone records. The opinion is here (Taylor v. Nevada). What do you think? [RJ]

You laugh. A number of attorneys have burner phones now for just this reason. And if you think attorney/client privilege will save you, remember you are dealing with AUSAs and DAs who effectively have no clients so they do not understand or care.

Bernie gave money for Flores's endorsement. Flores is all of a sudden a progressive candidate.

Uh, you want to knock Lucy because she's bought and paid for (and has been since day 1), that's fine, but I'm not aware of any changes in her positions since she endorsed Bernie. Although her whining when she learned Emily's list wasn't endorsing her was kind of funny. No, Lucy, it has nothing to do with Hillary vs. Bernie. It has everything to do with your history of not being able to get elected when it's an actual contest. No ground game, no money, and falling further behind in the polls = no endorsement for you!

Flores sucks, so does Bernie. Flores was orig. endorsed by Reid, who is a part of the estab.

Alright, so I checked out your link, and although there may be some merit to your argument, I would strongly suggest you use a photo that does not make your look homeless.

Good grief, like he-who-shall-not-be-named-calling people cowards for commenting on a blog anonymously (and correcting blog comment grammar).

Stuff like this goes on in every state. Who could forget this recent little expose? Maybe you should try to get on his show?

Wow. This is the most dramatic self-immolation in this history of this blog.

Thanks for using your real name so I don't throw any clients your way. Make sure you don't call 911 next time you need help. I would donate money to the homeless before I donated money to you, asshole.

There sadly are too few mental health resources for attorneys who have gone over the edge.

Mr. Colin I feel sorry for you. It is sad watching a person with mental health issues.

Does LCL have a mental health section or is it strictly substance/gambling abuse?
