I wholeheartedly agree with 6:14 PM. While we all appreciate the often humorous comments posted to this blog and the opportunities to (tastefully) mock certain public figures, most of us are proud members of the Nevada bar and are expected to uphold the honor and values of our profession by exercising civility and proper restraint. 6:14 PM is absolutely correct that joking about individuals based on their gender (and other immutable characteristics) serves no redeeming purpose and demeans our profession. Let us follow 6:14 PM's wisdom and instead channel our energies into alleviating gender (and other) discrimination in our profession.

I would also like to note that in the modern age, gender can indeed be changed, i.e. it is "mutable," and it is very insensitive to suggest it cannot be. In Trinidad they hang people for that.
