Fraud will be tolerated as long as Leo Blundo uses some of that fraudulent money to purchase a pardon from the President, as is now the tradition in Nye County. Honestly, why are any of us bothering with following the law anymore? As long as you make enough money with your crime you can purchase a pardon from the Grifter-In-Chief.
Honestly, I may never stop weeping over the precipitous erosion of the rule of law and the once-general expectation that public servants must be held accountable when they violate the law. So…yeah, I’ll cry harder. But I am not your sister because I did not descend from a family of misogynistic troglodytes.
I was present at the 3/12 hearings. Nothing special happened. For future reference, a transcript of all his proceedings may be requested as they are part of the public record. I hope this helps put an end to any concern or speculation.
Somebody backtracking HAAAAARD to avoid being outed!

Dear Courts- If you want to issue Minute Orders vacating hearings, SERVE THE MINUTE ORDERS. Fourth time this year that we have showed up for a hearing (second time with our client with us) only to hear “Oh that hearing is off calendar. We issued a Minute Order.” And it is not isolated to one particular department (although Dept 23 is a repeat offender for this issue).
I suspect this is the difference between “file” and “file and serve” in Odyssey, and the court clerks overlook this or don’t know the difference. I suppose the same distinction exists on the court-side system too.
Think about this….. The people that run the E-File system cannot figure out how to work the E-File system. Exhibit #723 why our courts are an utter mess.

1:16pm here. GTFO with the unnecessary AI accusations. I feel so sad for you.
OK sis. Cry for me . . . harder.
Dude, not even Jesus will weep for you.
Homie’s out here collecting downvotes like pokemon cards.
What can I say. . . I missed you guys and gals.
You just get out of jail or something?
I don’t know you but I like you
Did anyone hear about what happened in Judge Reynolds court this morning? Holy shit
What happened?
For real. I hate these posts like did you hear?!? No we didn’t. Elaborate lol.
I did but I am not at liberty to discuss it.
Someone must be “at liberty” to divulge.
If it happened in open court, it’s a matter of public record.
You must have been home schooled. You don’t get to come to class with a cookie and not bring enough for everyone.

This has happened to me multiple times in Dept. 11.
Ditto. Depts 11, 22, 23, 24 are bad at this.
