What kind of special perks does your firm give you to keep you happy?
What kind of benefits does your firm provide?
The firm pays all but $40 per month of my health insurance. No dental, no vision. I cover my kids. 3% match on the 401k.
But, in addition to my salary, I get a 50/50 split on all collected fees over $15,750 per month.
Yeah, I need a job where you are.
Agreed. I don't think I've ever had a month under 40k collected. None of them are my clients, though.
Most law firms I know will not provide insurance coverage for spouse and kiddies, please correct if I am wrong.
I don't know about most, but I have a friend who is a partner in a fairly large firm whose spouse works at Starbucks for the health insurance.
We need to unionize. Give these employers the hot beef injection their greedy asses are begging for!
