The Goldberg thing is a non-story and the headline is typical Channel 8 garbage. His Supervised Release ends 2 months from today. They accused him of leaving Nevada without permission and having a DV arrest. The DV charge was dismissed. All the Feds wanted was for him leaving Nevada without permission was to put him on an ankle bracelet for the next 60 days. Prison was never in the discussion.

Feds dismissed it and all conditions were lifted. Of course Channel 8 never updated their story.

"Officer Brown indicates that she has not been able to serve the witnesses and requests the Court dismiss the Petition. The Court dismisses the petition. Defendant's terms of supervised release are MODIFIED to remove the Home Detention and Location Monitoring conditions. The No Contact condition will remain in place. Defendant is continued on present terms of release."

It does go to show you that the slightest hiccup and the press will always be on him like odor on you-know-what. Think if you are him and you pumped all of those millions of dollars into Channel 8 over the years and you cannot even get a fair story about what is going on.

No sympathy from me. What part of do not leave the State of Nevada did he not understand. There may be a ton of Californian's moving here to escape the nanny state, but most people know that the City of Santa Ana is not located in Nevada.

He should consider himself lucky that they didn't revoke his release.

He has 2 months left. They were never going to revoke his release. The only question was whether he would be on a bracelet for the last 2 months or not.

There were issues with the USPO processing travel requests around the holidays (this incident is alleged to have occurred on January 1) so that there were misunderstandings regarding which PO's were overseeing which low-risk offenders. That is why they dropped it on the leaving without permission and went exclusively after the issue of whether he committed another crime.

You are right– he is lucky that the USPO did the right thing and dropped it rather than blindly going forward without any evidence and in spite of its mistake.

Is the exodus happening at the top, bottom or middle? Or is it like rats leaving a sinking ship…everyone of them is just trying to make it to shore?

Calls all go straight from reception to voice mail. Perhaps there is no one there, or maybe just par for the course.

Kihuen is calling his donors to run again. This guy is a pos. He allegedly harasses women. What are Harry Reid, Dina Titus, and Cortez Masto doing about this a-hole?

Kihuen IS an asshole, I'm not disputing that. HOWEVER, being a creepy single guy should not be a crime. That's what annoys me about the #metoo stuff, I support getting rid of the Harvey Weinstein's of the world, but Ruben is not Weinstein. There are a billion other reasons I wouldn't vote for him, but creepiness is not one of them.

Kihuen and Wynn should become roommates. What a circle of jerks, instead a circle of friends. I voting all these gems out. All of them.

ALL OF YOU: Respectfully, any discussion about your disgust for people who sexually abuse, or take sexual advantage of women that doesn't include unconditional condemnation of the Pervert-In-Chief is (you'll excuse the expression) hard to swallow. W T H, people??

3:19– I agree with you. He is not immune from these castigations. However he is not running this cycle. So any discussion about Trump and your disgust for people who sexually abuse, or take sexual advantage of women that doesn't include unconditional condemnation of Kihuen is (you'll excuse the expression) hard to swallow.

Lol at the false equivalencies here. Kihuen seems like a scumbag and, if he runs, I hope he gets drilled in the primary. That being said, one party just (I think rightly) threw a rising star out of the Senate because he groped a women back when he was a comedian. At the same time, the other party was trying to elect a guy to the Senante who spent his 30's (while he was a prosecutor) trolling the mall for middle schoolers. The reaction to Kihuen could have been better, but plank in your eye before speck in your neighbor's and all that.

"There is no such right" in the BILL OF RIGHTS….."to keep and bear arms." Dah…..what's it doing in the BILL OF RIGHTS? But, the court "reasoned" the right to recall judges out of the Nevada Constitution last term. How? A 1976 addition to the state constitution impliedly repealed the recall for judges provision. ??? She'll fit in.
