So an accused gubernatorial stalker (Governor has armed security) and accused arsonist (burning down his OWN home) gets $1M bail and the accused raper of a child gets ROR’d.

What the actual fuck is going on in this state?

So the Cafe Rio suit has one plaintiff and they are already publishing a story about it? I wonder how much that article cost Gabroy.

We need to initiate a class action lawsuit against Cafe Rio for systematic flavor theft. Ever since that private equity firm bought, the product has been basura.

I don’t know when that happened, but their food has always been bland and flavorless, even though it looks like it shouldn’t be.

Boyd ’13er here. Hold your applause.

2010-13 Cafe Rio across Maryland was always fire in spite of my questioning the value of life at the time. Good barbacoa helps.

Are all the county websites down for anyone else? I can’t pull up a case on the Court’s website or search for a property on the assessor’s site….

The family law bar needs to take a step back and go read up on void laws. When the Supreme Court says a statute is unconstitutional that doesn’t mean you get to go to court and argue about it or it is in effect until some date to be determined. It means that’s it. It’s unconstitutional. The end. Dumbasses.

Good. Family court is being exposed and it is long overdue. I know every family law attorney isn’t awful. I’ve had plenty of cases with decent attorneys, but the arguments against ONJ being in family court that are taking place right now are poorly reasoned, have no basis in the law as set forth by the Supreme Court and the Constitution, and are absurdly histrionic.

Ok well, while it is really unfortunate that the Venetian guest has been made famous by getting stung in the testicles… i can’t imagine being actual liability. If anything this feels like a publicity grab and a shakedown right?

There’s a general duty of reasonable care in premises liability, I think it’s a fair case to bring. It’s like a really big bed bug.

OP here. I guess i stand corrected. I just dallied around a bit and found a big case from Scottsdale about a woman that got bit by a scorpion at a hotel there and apparent there is an insect and spider bite liability niche practice in the injury realm that i never knew about. The more i know….
