Looking for a recommendation for a top white collar criminal lawyer who is respected by local DA for representation and negotiations.

Bobby is better for the ICK cases, less of the White collar. If I am referring local, Pete Christiansen or Chris Rasmussen, for either State of Fed.

Second Pete Christiansen. He’s the best of the best for state or fed.

Doug Crawford and/or Alexis Plunkett would be solid picks. If they’re not available, maybe Gary Guymon. I hear the guy’s like a gorilla in and out of the courtroom.

Hey 11:03 a.m., why are you being a jerk to someone who is simply asking for recommendations? Oh wait, I know why. It’s obvious. Never mind.

Hey 12:53 stick-in-the-mud guy, why are you being a stick in the mud over something that’s obviously a bit of silly humor? Oh wait, I know why. It’s obvious. Never mind.

Hey 12:53 and 1:14, why are you being vague and not giving a real answer? I really don’t know why and it’s not obvious. Please mind.

11:03 posted a tongue-in-cheek comment, suggesting three attorneys that have all been disbarred. That was a clever joke to those who know the current status of those attorneys. 12:53 did not appreciate the comment nor the subtle attempt at insider referential humor, calling 11:03 “a jerk” for providing three attorney names that could not assist 9:44 with their predicament. 1:14 pointed out that 11:03’s comment was an attempt at witty internet banter and not to take it as a serious referral suggestion.

You see now the humor that has been presented upon this blog, along with the backlash thereto. Good joke. Everybody laughs. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.

I do not see anything on the Nevada Supreme Court website showing pending discipline. However you getting me to run the name “Goldberg” on the Nevada Supreme Court was a good reminder at just how nutty it is to litigate against Ian Christopherson. 90791

I know one Daniel Hooge is looking to move on from his current position and to carve a path to the bench. This might be just the right move.

I met Ted Beutel a couple times when working in Govt. If i recall he was the only person with a bar license in the county. (Might have been the same in Lander County too). It was a really interesting job not at all like being a DA in even a county like Elko,, but it takes someone who likes the lifestyle and you really don’t leave the job at anytime due to the size of those communities.

Actually, water itself isn’t wet; it makes things wet. Well, that’s what most scientists say, anyway.

“Most scientists define wetness as a liquid’s ability to maintain contact with a solid surface, meaning that water itself is not wet, but can make other sensation.” https://www.sciencefocus.com/science/is-water-wet

A troll managed to get a very graphic sexual video to show during the Nevada Pardons board. YouTube quickly took it down for violating sexual policies. Pretty shocking, but I gotta wonder why the Nevada Pardons board was the target of this prank?

Usually I’ve seen zoom bombing incidents to test out the functionality and then the real attack comes later. I was on for court once when it happened and it was explicit but then the next day it happened where they flashed images to threaten people involved in a specific case. I wonder if they will be able to continue if it isn’t being broadcast for the rest of the meeting.
