Yes. Bob is the former Nye D.A. that had a little problem with booze and got 2 DUI's in one day and wrecked two vehicles, including a government vehicle. I met him one time. He is a nice guy. I like the porn star 'stache!

Anyone know the statute of limitations on this? Actions from 2008 to 2010 seem pretty old.
Five years for most felonies unless they go for a "secret" offense which starts to run after discovery. I'm sure it's being charged as a continuing course of conduct which Sol starts when behavior stops.
What is baffling to me is why Chung hasn't also been charged with rape? The allegations seem to fit such a charge, why only the pornography charges?

Does anyone know why there is a portrait of Elizabeth Halverson hanging outside Dept. 23? And who decided it was a good idea?
One of the retiring Judges donated her campaign funds to have portraits of all the judges in a particular department hung by that particular department. I think Dept. 4 has 7 previous judges and they are supposed to be around each department, along with the current judge. Kind of a wall-consuming idea though and rather silly in my opinion.
Yeah, it makes more sense when you're dealing with federal judges and life tenure.
And it makes far more sense to not honor Halverson.

Although the police may have probable cause to search and seize, but would not the attorney-client privilege protect and prevent the police from searching Ms. Greco's client files without express permission from the clients? Is this not a violation?
Not if the attorney and the client are committing crimes together…
I wonder if Turnberry/MGM was a client of the prior Gordon Silver firm and if they postponed their three Chapter 11 cases for the three signature towers until after they separated so they could take a really good case with them that didn't have to be used to pay G&S creditors?
